Dracaena
A large family, there are many varieties of Dracaena. Most prefer bright indirect light, while a few will tolerate lower light conditions. Be sure to read the tag. Let the soil dry out between watering, and give it a thorough drink when dry.
False Aralia
Bright, indirect light. Water thoroughly when the top 1-2 inches of soil have dried out. Provide good drainage as they do not like sitting in water.

Give Norfolk Pine a spot with bright, indirect light. Let the soil dry out slightly between waterings. Mist with water regularly.
Palms
Palms are a great way to bring the tropics into your home. They like bright indirect light. Make sure to let the soil dry out slightly between watering.
Peperomia
Bright indirect light. A low-maintenance plant, great for a beginner indoor gardener. Peperomias do not like to be too wet, so let the plant dry out between watering.
